We understand that emergency repairs will need to be carried out in the event that an issue has occurred outside business hours. In order to take the appropriate and necessary steps please see below details.

What is considered an emergency repair? 

  • Blocked or broken toilet
  • A serious roof leak
  • A dangerous electrical fault
  • Flooding or serious flood damage
  • Serious storm or fire damage
  • A failure or breakdown of the gas, electricity or water supply to the premises
  • A failure or breakdown of the hot water service
  • A failure or breakdown of the stove or oven
  • A failure or breakdown of a heater or air-conditioner
  • A fault or damage which makes the premises unsafe or insecure.

Please be advised any maintenance work that is organised by a tenant that is not considered an emergency may be at the tenants expense. Other examples of urgent repairs are contained in your lease agreement.
